Your images stay local
The workspace processes image data and file names inside your browser. Neither is sent to a Pixelofta server or attached to automated support. The queue lives in memory and is cleared on reload or navigation to another language page. Downloaded files remain on your device.
Optional automated support
Automated guidance, not a live agent. Chat cannot access orders, issue refunds or cancel subscriptions. Messages are sent to Typebot; your workspace images are not. Opening chat sends your language and public site information to Typebot. Messages you send are processed there. Closing the panel does not necessarily delete a conversation; Typebot retention follows its own policies.
Email and access information
If you email us, we use your sender address and message to answer your request. Website hosting may process ordinary access information. This website includes no analytics or advertising tracking scripts.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not set our own advertising cookies or persist workspace images. Active settings and processing Blob URLs live only in the tab. External support and email services handle data under their respective policies.
Do Not Sell or Share
Pixelofta does not sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising. You can use the workspace without opening optional chat. Processing information to answer a support request is distinct from advertising-based sharing.
Requests, rights and retention
Email support@pixelofta.net for access, correction or deletion requests. We consider identity verification and any applicable retention duties. We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
