When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation immediately ends membership and stops future renewals. It does not automatically issue a refund.
Before the trial ends or renewal is due
Cancel before the 1-hour trial ends to avoid the first annual charge. To stop a later charge, cancellation must be completed before the next renewal. The trial will begin at subscription activation only after paid enrollment opens.
How to cancel
For subscription cancellation assistance, email support@pixelofta.net with your purchase email and order reference. An email draft or automated answer is not a cancellation; verify that the actual cancellation has completed.
